We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the vintage look of the hotel added to its charm. The outside views of the mountains were breathtaking. The hotel facilities were impressive, with numerous and spacious lobby and lounge areas. The location was perfect, being both in the center of town and close to other Alpine areas. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of healthy options. The staff were exceptional, with the waiters being attentive and the concierge being friendly, professional, and helpful.

Staying in the beautiful Alps was such a fantastic experience, and the hotel I chose was the perfect complement. the atmosphere of the hotel was magical, like a step back in time. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was top-notch with great service and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the panoramic view from the restaurant. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and great facilities. I also appreciated the pool and the sauna/steam room, which were both very relaxing.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but it wasn't a huge issue.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and hotel facilities at this establishment. Additionally, the location was ideal as it provided easy access to the slopes at Socrepes and the Cortina centre. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a delicious and healthy experience.

The hotel offered a welcoming and comfortable stay. The breakfast was abundant with a variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel had a great location and was only a short walk from the main attractions. Furthermore, the complimentary shuttle service was a convenient bonus that saved us from walking.

The gym facilities could have been better. The room was quite cramped and it could get crowded easily.

The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. The breakfast and dinner buffet were very tasty and had a lot of options to choose from. The shuttle service to the ski slopes was prompt and convenient.

The hotel seemed dated and in need of some renovation. The gym area was very small and limited in equipment.

The hotel is located in a stunning mountain village. The surroundings are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful mountain views. The food served during dinner was exceptional.

The hotel could improve on providing non-smoking floors, as it would benefit non-smoking guests. The staff should inform guests of the extra charges for the bottles of water on the dinner table.
